Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising building maintenance requirements; preparing budgets and investment plans; and managing building systems. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of building maintenance and supervision of services. 2. Preparation of budgets and technical and economic feasibility studies. 3. Focus on safety, including audits and compliance with regulations. Planning and monitoring of maintenance and adaptation requirements for internal and external building areas, supporting supervision of contracted service providers; * Assist in preparing the budget, basic project, or terms of reference and annual investment plan for the building maintenance area by collecting data and completing electronic spreadsheets to ensure efficient financial resource management for the department; * Prepare annexes, justifications, and conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for construction contracts; * Develop, maintain up-to-date, and supervise inspection and maintenance plans for various building systems using technical literature, specialized software, and technical expertise to ensure satisfactory operational availability indices and meet production department requirements; * Schedule and supervise preventive, corrective, and adaptation maintenance activities together with production departments, collecting data and holding meetings to ensure uninterrupted operations; * Draft manuals and maintenance plans; * Issue service orders and requisition materials, parts, and supplies using the designated information system to prevent and repair equipment defects, supply raw materials and necessary inputs for continuous operations; * Participate in supervision of preventive, corrective, and adaptation maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to personnel to prevent, identify, and/or resolve operational issues; * Participate in execution and implementation of new building projects and technologies by providing maintenance and engineering technical information to improve service delivery; * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct Safety Meetings, perform VFL (Visible and Perceived Leadership and Commitment, and VC) audits, enforce use of PPEs, aiming for the ZERO Accident goal and ensuring safety of personnel, vehicles, and company equipment. Qualifications: \- Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level; \- Asset Management; \- MS Project, Integrated Management Systems (Máximo, SISMAN, Manusis, etc.); \- AutoCAD (desirable); \- Shutdown Management (preparing service contract scopes, developing schedules, scheduling and facilitating participatory meetings); \- People Management.
