





**Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative contracts (building maintenance, cleaning, security, suppliers, among others); * Carry out procurement processes, quotations, negotiations, and inventory control of administrative materials and supplies; * Support general administrative routines, including document control, file organization, and internal service; * Monitor, ensure office maintenance and preservation; * Support managers and teams in the administrative management of personnel, ensuring organization, compliance, and process efficiency; * Maintain internal environment organization; * Provide support to demands from the executive board and other departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or higher education in related fields is desirable; * Prior experience in administrative routines, facilities management, procurement, or building maintenance; * Experience in supplier and contract management; * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, and inventory control; * Experience in construction project monitoring, maintenance checklists, and services; * Experience in corporate environments or service-providing companies is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Organization and planning; * Clear and objective communication; * Resilience and emotional control; * Ownership mindset / accountability; * Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
