Manage project risks and finances, ensuring budget compliance **Would you like to join our team as a Senior PMO?** Your mission will be to monitor the project portfolio of a Vice-Presidency of Research and Operations, focusing on developing methods, controls, artifacts, and identifying risks and blockers to meet deadlines and budgets. **This is a hybrid opportunity based in Rio de Janeiro.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** **As a Senior PMO, your focus will include:** * Monitoring projects from conception through delivery, applying sound project management practices. * Structuring methodologies for project tracking and developing periodic reporting frameworks. * Defining and tracking the project plan, identifying required resources, setting milestones, and monitoring progress. * Ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project status. * Identifying and managing project risks, implementing mitigation plans when necessary. * Managing project finances to ensure costs remain within the approved budget. * Developing and delivering regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Basic requirements include:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. * Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable professional experience in PMO roles. * Professional experience applying both traditional and agile methodologies. * Experience developing templates for executive presentations. * Assertive communication skills and ability to remove impediments. **Desirable qualifications include:** * Experience working in the healthcare sector. * Experience working in the public sector. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI. **Apply now and embark on this journey with us!**
