Job Summary: Responsible for selling services directly to end consumers or other companies via telephone, using strong communication and negotiation skills for prospecting and closing sales. Duties include making outbound calls (prospecting) or receiving inbound calls (inbound), presenting offers, answering questions, and closing sales, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills. Must possess computer literacy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word for preparing proposals. Must be able to view and\-mail and respond to them formally.
