Responsibilities and Duties: Handle incoming customer inquiries, collect necessary information for quotations, and identify specific requirements related to pickup and delivery. Present freight rates to customers and negotiate within your authorized margin. Forward quotations to the sales representative responsible for the account. Proactively contact customers to follow up on pending quotations. Compile daily information and generate reports covering all quotations processed.
