Job Summary: This role involves providing customer service across multiple channels, managing patient data, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within a healthcare setting. Currently, the Own Network comprises five outpatient medical units, with over 300 physicians across more than 25 outpatient and surgical specialties. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service. * Register and update patient data in the system. * Request and track authorizations for consultations, exams, and procedures with health plan operators. * Verify referral forms, medical orders, and required documentation for authorization. * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel consultations and exams. * Guide patients regarding required documentation, exam preparation, and health plan coverage. * Receive patients and organize the clinic’s service flow. * Issue referral forms, protocols, and service confirmation documents. * Control and archive physical and electronic documents. * Contact health plan operators to resolve pending issues and track requests. * Support departmental administrative tasks, contributing to process organization and quality. Requirements for this position: * Completed high school education. * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite). * Experience in customer service and administrative routines. * Experience in medical clinics, hospitals, or health plan operators is a plus. * Knowledge of authorization procedures for consultations, exams, and procedures with health plans is considered an advantage. * Meal Allowance / Food Allowance / per business day * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * SESC benefits * University partnership programs Workplace: Merck Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
