Job description: We are seeking a Construction Estimator to develop, analyze, and control civil construction budgets, ensuring technical accuracy and financial feasibility of projects. Responsibilities: * Quantitative takeoff of materials, labor, and equipment based on project drawings and descriptive specifications; * Preparation of detailed budgets and physical\-financial schedules; * Analysis of direct and indirect costs; * Quotation and negotiation with suppliers and service providers; * Technical support to engineering, procurement, and planning departments; * Updating cost compositions and databases (SINAPI, SEINFRA, TCPO, among others); * Technical and economic feasibility analysis of projects. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, or related fields is preferred; * Proven experience in this role; * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings; * Proficiency in Excel and estimating software; * Knowledge of cost composition and construction planning. * Experience with bidding processes is preferred.
