Focus on performance and results Role Mission Strategically lead the company's entire audiovisual operation, ensuring that content, campaigns, and audiovisual products achieve creative excellence, operational efficiency, and direct impact on brand positioning, performance, and results. Responsibilities * Coordinate and integrate all audiovisual areas (video, editing, design, motion, web, and production). * Define the brand’s creative vision and audiovisual standards. * Ensure alignment between audiovisual, marketing, strategy, and business objectives. * Plan and prioritize requests, balancing quality, deadlines, and team capacity. * Structure, optimize, and document audiovisual department processes. * Lead, develop, and evaluate team performance. * Approve creative concepts, visual directions, and final strategic deliverables. * Monitor content performance metrics (retention, engagement, conversion). * Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all channels. * Act as a bridge between strategy, creation, and execution. Technical and Strategic Requirements * Solid experience in audiovisual, digital marketing, and content production. * Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and content performance. * Ability to interpret data and metrics applied to audiovisual. * Practical knowledge of editing, production, design, and production workflows. * Experience leading creative and multidisciplinary teams. * Familiarity with project and process management tools. * Ability to translate strategy into creative execution.
