You will support teams in evaluating demands and resources, monitor KPIs and OKRs, and act consultatively alongside Product Owners and leadership. **This is a hybrid opportunity based in Rio de Janeiro.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** **As a Scrum Master, you will focus on:** * Collaborating with technical management to assess demands, feasibility, resource allocation, and strategic timelines. * Establishing and maintaining standards for project management and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMBOK). * Ensuring proper usage of tools (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, GANTT CHART). * Implementing and monitoring departmental KPIs and OKRs, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Acting in a consultative and proactive manner alongside Product Owners and technology leaders. * Driving initiatives related to innovation and digital transformation. * Researching market trends, tools, and best practices applicable to the company’s context. * Evaluating opportunities for automation, data intelligence, and operational efficiency. * Fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, continuous improvement, and learning. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Basic requirements include:** * Experience with **agile project management tools**, preferably **Azure DevOps**. * Practical knowledge of the **Scrum** framework. * Experience in **traditional project management**. * Ability to create and interpret **agile performance metrics** (burnup, burndown, velocity). * **Scrum Master certification** (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). * Experience with **performance indicators**. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with the **ServiceNow** platform. * Experience managing **high-complexity projects**. * **Additional certifications** (Kanban KMP, SAFe, PMI\-ACP). * Knowledge of **DevOps practices**. * Experience in **agile transformation processes** within large organizations. **Apply now and embark on this journey with us!**
