We are seeking a **Capsule Filler** to join our production process, ensuring precision, organization, and quality in formula compounding. **Responsibilities:** * Fill capsules according to production orders and technical specifications. * Correctly package capsules into appropriate containers. * Forward products for average weight verification. * Clean workbenches, utensils, equipment, and instruments used. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * Comply with company internal standards, procedures, and policies. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Strong mathematical reasoning and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, cleanliness, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Prior experience is an advantage. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * Alternate Saturdays (after the first three months), from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **We Offer:** * Continuous technical training. * A structured, safe, and quality-oriented work environment. * Close technical leadership support. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Performance-based bonuses. * Meal Voucher / Food Voucher. * Health and Dental Insurance. * Gympass.
