Multi-channel customer support **E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Conduct sales via marketplace platforms; Monitor the entire sales process until completion; List products on the website and participate in developing commercial strategies; Process purchase orders; Provide customer support via e-mail, phone, WhatsApp, and social media; **Requirements:** Experience with online sales on e-commerce platforms Shopee and Mercado Livre Customer service experience is desirable.
