




Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and serving beverages, organizing spaces, managing inventory, and providing support for events and commercial and administrative activities. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for preparing beverages and organizing spaces. 2. Supporting wine tastings and internal events. 3. Inventory control of pantry items and maintaining organization. * Prepare coffee, tea, water, and other beverages for employees, customers, and suppliers; * Organize and provide support during wine tastings; * Clean and polish wine glasses (crystal or fine glass) with technical care; * Organize trays, utensils, and support materials for meetings and events; * Assist in setting up and dismantling tasting tables; * Manage inventory of pantry items (coffee, sugar, napkins, water, etc.); * Request replenishment of materials when necessary; * Keep the pantry, meeting room, and support areas consistently clean and organized; * Provide support for internal events (trainings, commercial meetings, product launches); * Support the commercial and administrative teams during supplier visits; Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Transportation Allowance * Food Voucher * Meal Voucher * Group Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Dental Care * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine
