Job Summary: Reservation Assistant to manage the reservation flow, perform accurate data entry, register and monitor reservations, organize groups and itineraries, and assist in resolving issues. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Register reservations in the system based on requests received via WhatsApp, phone, email, or in-person service. Monitor, update, and maintain reservation records in spreadsheets (Excel). Organize groups, itineraries, and pickup points for tour guides. Assist in resolving questions and handling potential issues related to reservations. **Desired Education and Experience:** Availability to work on weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hospitality (preferred). Proficiency with computer systems and strong command of spreadsheets and document tools (Excel and Word). Typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of Spanish and English will be considered an advantage. Prior experience in telemarketing (inbound or outbound), sales, commercial consulting, or related roles will be an advantage. Experience in reception, office assistance, or administrative routines will be considered an advantage.
