Join us in transforming the future and becoming part of a story that cares, protects, and makes a difference. **Join our team and build a purpose-driven career!** **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, you will: Logistics Operations Management * Coordinate routines for product receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch. * Plan and control internal logistics flow, ensuring production line supply and adherence to delivery schedules. * Supervise material handling, ensuring proper use of pallet jacks, stackers, and other equipment, promoting safety and efficiency. Inventory and Stock Management * Ensure inventory accuracy through cyclic, rotating, and general inventories, as well as systemic controls in WMS/ERP. * Monitor discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions to improve data reliability. People Management and Operational Leadership * Coordinate and guide teams of supervisors, inspectors, operators, and assistants, ensuring productivity, discipline, integration, and goal achievement. * Conduct performance review meetings, provide feedback, deliver training, and implement development plans for the team. Performance and KPI Management * Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, including: Productivity On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Accuracy Losses Logistics Costs Lead Time * Develop action plans, ensure execution, and track results. Cross-Functional Integration * Collaborate closely with Production, Production Planning and Control (PCP), Quality, Procurement, and Transportation departments to align requirements, ensure process fluidity, and meet client-area needs. Transportation and Route Planning * Participate in transportation planning, dispatch, and route optimization, monitoring service provider performance and on-time delivery compliance. * Assist in validating cargo consolidation and pickup/delivery time windows. Safety, Quality, and 5S * Ensure compliance with internal safety standards, proper use of PPEs, adherence to engineering controls (EPCs), and promotion of good 5S practices. * Conduct regular inspections and guarantee safe working conditions for the entire team. Continuous Improvement, Projects, and Innovation * Implement and monitor logistics optimization projects, process digitalization, automation, and standardization of routines. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and productivity enhancement.
