We’re waiting for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Visit service posts; * Conduct people management; * Establish and close service posts; * Provide customer support; * Onboard new employees; * Attend meetings and training sessions; * Conduct team training; * Validate reports for submission to clients; * Monitor incidents; * Analyze risks and develop strategies to resolve them; * Verify documentation for both the service post and the client. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in security is desirable; * Advanced computer skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B (category A/B is a plus; mandatory); * Prior experience as a coordinator in the security sector; **Additional Information** Salary + 30% hazard pay Meal or food allowance for each working day; Transportation voucher; Pharmacy benefit (available after 3 months); Health insurance; Dental insurance (available after 3 months); UNIKLES (Corporate University); Partnership with Creditas financial services; Total Pass KLES stems from an entrepreneurial journey spanning over 53 years.
