Job Summary: The Accounting and Controller Assistant will support journal entries, reconciliations, and tax matters, as well as managerial cost and budget analysis, requiring analytical thinking and proactivity. The Accounting and Controller Assistant will provide technical accounting support (journal entries, reconciliations, taxes) along with managerial cost and budget analysis (budget/forecast). Requires a degree in Accounting/Administration, advanced Excel skills, ERP system proficiency, analytical reasoning to identify financial variances, and proactivity to support decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Accounting:** Perform accounting entries, expense recording, bank reconciliations, customer/supplier reconciliations, and assist with monthly closing. * **Controller:** Support budget planning (budget), monitor forecasts (forecast), control project-based costs, and prepare management reports. * **Routines:** Organize documentation and monitor internal controls. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Accounting, Administration, or Economics. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge. * **Knowledge:** Brazilian Accounting Standards (NBC), basic tax legislation, and cost concepts. * **Profile:** Analytical, critical-thinking, strong communication skills, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with closing routines (SPED ECD/ECF).
