Support for procurement planning and development of strategic relationships **Position:** Procurement Analyst Rio Beach Club is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team. We seek a professional with a strategic, analytical, and highly organized profile, possessing cost awareness, strong planning capabilities, and advanced Excel proficiency to support data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procure materials and services, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit; * Analyze purchasing history, price fluctuations, and cost-reduction opportunities; * Monitor supplier delivery timelines, quality, and performance; * Develop management reports and track departmental KPIs; * Support procurement planning according to internal demands, acting proactively rather than solely operationally; * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in procurement; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields, with focus on data analysis, process management, and strategic planning. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail; * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, comparative analyses, and KPI tracking); * Strong communication and negotiation abilities; * Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective planning and prioritization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement for restaurants, offices, operational supplies, and beach clubs, particularly in high-demand and seasonal environments; * Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and management of food and beverage suppliers; * Experience in inventory control, stocktaking, and management of food and beverage suppliers; Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, Controllership, or related fields. **Salary:** R$ 4\.025,00 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Bradesco Dental Plan; TotalPass; Nutritional and psychological support; Partnership agreements with educational institutions for undergraduate and postgraduate studies. **Location:** Barra da Tijuca — Rio de Janeiro/RJ
