Knowledge multiplier and continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Execute high-complexity logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and agility; Monitor and guide proper store replenishment and order picking for sales; Perform and supervise material receipt and dispatch verification, resolving discrepancies; Carry out system entries and adjustments with analytical insight and error mitigation; Validate freight charges and report deviations, proposing improvements to controls; Organize inventory to ensure functional layout, clear identification, and efficient circulation; Provide specialized customer service at the shipping counter; Issue and verify fiscal invoices, ensuring fiscal and operational compliance; Support leadership in conducting inventories, audits, and accuracy improvements; Act as a knowledge multiplier, guiding Junior and Pleno professionals; Monitor return control of kegs and specific materials with governance; Ensure strict adherence to safety, organization, and 5S standards; Actively participate in continuous improvement of logistics processes **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics; Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse will be an advantage; Intermediate knowledge of inventory management systems; Proficiency in operational routines and logistics controls; Proficiency in logistics processes (receiving, shipping, and warehousing); Accuracy in inventory entries and controls; Detailed issuance and verification of fiscal invoices and supporting documents; Operation of material handling equipment (pallet jack); Computer literacy and logistics management systems (ERP); Interpretation of fiscal information and carrier-related data. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- CORPORATE LOGISTICS SYSTEM **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,400\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Breakfast at the company Life insurance Meal voucher Profit sharing SulAmérica health plan Fuel/Transportation allowance **Work Location:** ---------------------- PENHA /RJ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1 hour 12 minute lunch break **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Starting salary R$ 2200.00; after gaining experience, R$ 2400.00
