We are seeking an **SSMA Analyst** to join our **Lubricants** team at **Ilha do Governador/RJ**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements; * Ensure implementation and monitoring of all applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for plant operations; * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, as well as support external audits; * Develop, review, and manage SSMA-related procedures, instructions, reports, and action plans; * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements based on critical analysis and risk prevention; * Identify deviations and opportunities, driving corrective and preventive actions jointly with operational areas; * Organize and deliver training sessions, campaigns, and awareness programs on health, safety, and environment; * Engage directly in the field to identify risks, support operational teams, and reinforce SSMA culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Experience in SSMA, preferably with hands-on involvement in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Willingness to work onsite at Ilha do Governador/RJ. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversational meeting to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
