




**Job Description:** Oversee all commercial processes and the sales team, monitoring performance results and defining prospecting and customer portfolio maintenance strategies. **Key Responsibilities of this Position:** * Participate in the development of the annual sales plan, proposing targets, strategies, tactics, and actions * Prepare reports on commercial KPIs and results * Organize and supervise the allocation of sales targets * Provide sales staff with technical materials, sales scripts, and commercial terms * Manage sales campaigns * Recruit, train, and manage the sales team * Prospect new customers * Monitor Commercial Department KPIs * Supervise visits to key partners, accompanying sales staff as needed * Attend Commercial Department meetings to align targets and improve performance * Manage client contracts * Perform other duties related to this position **Requirements** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in computer applications (especially Excel), commercial techniques, and customer service.
