Support for construction site management and occupational safety We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive professional to monitor and control on-site activities, ensuring execution in accordance with the company's established standards for quality, safety, and productivity. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily monitoring and verification of on-site activities performed, in accordance with internal standards and projects registered in Autodoc, ensuring delivery quality; * Guide teams on proper execution of activities and compliance with standard procedures, as per ETS, ITS, and FVS; * Support the integration and orientation of new interns and employees, conveying departmental routines and tasks; * Monitor service execution, delivering training and disseminating technical information to ensure process quality; * Supervise and encourage proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), contributing to accident prevention and maintaining safety at the construction site; * Assist in organizing the construction site, including proper waste disposal and initiatives to reduce waste; * Support the Occupational Safety area through training, awareness-raising, and assistance during inspections; * Support the site manager in tasks such as measurements, material procurement, activity scheduling, and supplier evaluations. ### **Requirements:** * Knowledge of construction site routines and quality control; * Knowledge of occupational safety procedures; * **Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Architecture;** * Organizational skills, strong communication ability, and sense of responsibility; * Familiarity with Autodoc, ETS, ITS, and FVS is desirable. ### **Advantages:** * Prior experience on civil construction projects; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance
