




Job Summary: Procurement Intern to assist in invoice management, purchase control, delivery monitoring, and supplier communication. Key Highlights: 1. Supplier contact and alignment **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter invoices into the SAP system, ensuring correct classification and accurate information recording; * Monitor purchase requisitions, tracking deadlines and approval workflows; * Monitor material deliveries, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines; * Verify and inspect purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal requests; * Contact suppliers for order placement, follow-up, and alignment; * Support administrative tasks related to the procurement area. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled at Veiga de Almeida University, majoring in Business Administration or Accounting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable; * Availability to work 6 hours and 15 minutes daily, on-site at the Tijuca Campus. **Benefits:** * 70% tuition scholarship; * R$300 monthly allowance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off.
