Autonomous performance and managerial-level decision-making Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in procurement of medium- and high-complexity services (e.g., consulting, professional services, facilities, technology, healthcare, etc.). * Strong negotiation capability with strategic suppliers and multiple business areas. * Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing service contracts and SLAs. * Proficiency in proposal analysis, technical/commercial comparisons, and performance indicator management. * Experience with procurement systems (ERP, e-procurement) and advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, and interface with managerial and executive levels. * Lead high-complexity, high-value service procurement processes, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost optimization. * Directly conduct critical analysis of service requests, evaluating scope, feasibility, risks, and market alternatives. * Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, SLAs, penalties, price adjustments, and guarantees with strategic suppliers. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (managers, executive leadership, legal, finance) to align requirements and priorities. * Conduct supplier mapping and qualification, assessing performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational strategies. * Prepare comparative studies, cost-benefit analyses, and performance indicators to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and governance. 2510190202501821897
