**Prerequisites** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program; * It is an advantage to be studying Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology. **Desired profile** We seek a communicative and proactive professional, preferably with experience in the Human Resources field. **Main responsibilities** * Direct involvement in selection processes; * Candidate sourcing; * Delivery of institutional training programs; * Support in onboarding processes; * Conducting exit interviews in specific cases requiring office guidance; * Job and salary structure development; * Development of performance and results evaluations; * Control and monitoring of employee separations; * Monitoring recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate volume; * Assisting in grading internal selection process exams; * Document delivery tracking and signature collection; * Supporting the preparation of HR internal presentations and materials.
