We seek someone who embraces challenges, demonstrates a sense of urgency, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn from high-performing colleagues every day. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR, even as an intern or assistant; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Pandapé – considered a plus); * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a solution-oriented attitude are essential; * Experience in behavioral profile analysis is a positive differentiator.
