Start your journey with us today. **Title:** Senior Installation Engineer **Location:**Rio de Janeiro, BR **Job Closing Date:** 31/06/2026 **What will you be doing?** **APPLICATIONS OPEN – until 30/04/2026 (****deadline subject to change without prior notice)** You will join the Installation Engineering team, directly contributing to the sector’s technical deliverables and supporting the functional manager in team management and development. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and validating installation procedures, serving as the technical reference and providing support to junior engineers. Your responsibilities include assisting the coordinator in planning technical documentation, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and contractual deadlines. You will serve as the engineering focal point for operational support—both onboard during offshore mobilizations and during onshore activities—promoting performance improvements and reinforcing operational safety. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving Engineering KPIs by participating in solution development, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimization of work methods and procedures.**What experience would we like you to have?** Draft project technical documentation and sign it as author/reviewer. Review and approve documentation prepared by other engineers and suppliers. Produce the MDR/SDR for the project. Ensure adherence to document issuance and revision dates; Conduct client communications, understand their needs, identify and resolve complex project issues, and approve solutions; Develop and approve the project schedule; Contribute to field layout development when required in the project; Develop and approve deck layouts; Familiarize yourself with vessel types used in operations (e.g., ships and platforms such as AHTs, PLSVs, RSVs, barges, FPSOs, etc.) and assess their compatibility with the scope of work; Familiarize yourself with vessel equipment (e.g., crane and winch types and limitations, ROV types and tools, etc.); Be capable of producing and verifying lifting plans; Train junior engineers on lifting equipment to be used in onshore and offshore operations; Guide identification of all installation equipment required to execute a project; Review and approve (from an Installation Engineering perspective) structural designs when necessary; Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience in Subsea Equipment Installation; * Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness and ability to undertake sea voyages; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
