A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Prepare, transport, and organize materials, tools, equipment, and components required for service execution. Assist masons, carpenters, and other professionals with daily tasks. Load and unload construction materials. Prepare mortars, grouts, and other construction inputs as directed by the technical supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workplace by removing debris and waste. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and the work environment. Perform various support tasks to contribute to the smooth progress of construction activities. Previous experience as a Mason's Assistant, Civil Construction Assistant, Construction Equipment Operator, or Scaffolding Assembler may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
