We are looking for an **Audit Intern** to join our team. If you are an organized, dynamic, and committed professional, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage the flow of contracts and powers of attorney;
* Receive, validate, and update the status of contracts and powers of attorney in the system;
* Review documentation related to contracts / powers of attorney;
* Send documents for electronic signature;
* Perform simple data entries and queries in internal systems, spreadsheets, and administrative controls;
* Support the preparation, verification, and filing of reports, forms, and various documents;
* Monitor administrative processes, assisting with deadline tracking and status updates;
* Contribute to workplace organization and maintenance of departmental files;
* Support operational and administrative activities as directed by the manager or team;
* Assist with other processes within the Audit Department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Basic knowledge of administrative routines and document organization;
* Basic computer skills, with emphasis on:
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Corporate email usage and internet navigation;
* Basic physical and digital archiving practices;
* Introductory spreadsheet knowledge (data entry and verification);
* Basic internal customer service and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and information management;
* Interest in learning about administrative processes and internal systems.
