Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing inventory, maintenance, and procurement of tools and machinery, as well as controlling tires and motorcycle couriers, ensuring operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Full inventory management and maintenance of tools and machinery. 2. Control and monitoring of assets essential to operations. 3. Negotiation with suppliers and technicians for repairs and acquisitions. * Manage and maintain updated inventory records for all tools and machinery; * Ensure all tools and machinery are in good working condition; * Collaborate with the team to identify appropriate tool and machinery requirements; * Monitor compliance with and currency of relevant policies; * Obtain quotations and purchase tools to meet replacement needs; * Supervise periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery; * Conduct negotiations and schedule appointments with technicians for machinery and tool repairs; * Monitor tire changers during removal of tires from scrap stock; * Count half-life tires and manage MMPL (Tire Movement Monitoring for Stores); * Control motorcycle courier requests and system entries; * Maintain up-to-date registration records for all tools and machinery in the system; * Periodically update tool listings for installers and mechanics; * Track and maintain historical records of performed maintenance and repairs; * Conduct monthly store visits to verify toolboxes; * Count, sort, and reconcile tires in Escobar Pneus’ inventory. * Assess need for replenishment of auxiliary materials Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Qualifications: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree
