Delivery planning and vehicle maintenance **Description** * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (Overtime, Time Bank, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Liters/km, Occupancy Rate) to ensure process efficiency * Manage fleet maintenance costs and programs, ensuring vehicle availability and reliability * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are performed within the timeframes and quality standards established by the company and its customers * Develop and monitor fleet renewal planning, aiming for continuous improvement of logistics operations * Route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize costs and timelines; **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics (industries with in-house fleets) * Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree preferred * Experience in fleet management and maintenance * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools * Fluent English preferred * Driver's license category D preferred Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirement: D Willingness to travel * Dental Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Meal Voucher * On-site Meals * Health Insurance * Tuition Assistance
