Responsibilities:* Operation of Blow Molding Machines: Operate blow molding machines according to production specifications and safety standards. * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities on blow molding machines to ensure their availability and operational efficiency. * Adjustments and Configurations: Perform necessary technical adjustments and configurations on machines to meet production demands and product specifications. * Fault Diagnosis: Identify faults, perform diagnostics and carry out timely mechanical repairs to minimize impact on production. * Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular machine inspections, performing performance and quality tests to ensure proper operation. * Quality Control: Monitor production quality and report any anomalies or deviations in manufacturing processes. * Parts and Materials Management: Control the usage and replenishment of parts and materials required for machine operation and maintenance. * Team Training: Participate in technical training regarding machines and processes, as well as share knowledge with other team members. * Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance performed, replaced parts and fault occurrences. 2509050202411624230
