Participating in feature development The company is seeking an IT Intern based in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Support customers in using the artificial intelligence platform, clarify technical questions, and assist in resolving issues. Identify opportunities for improvement and new platform use cases. Participate in developing adjustments and new product features. Collect user feedback and contribute to platform evolution. Support the creation of technical documentation and training materials. Previous internships in Software Development, Technical Support, Systems Analysis, or Computer Networks may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
