A company specializing in the marketing and maintenance of laboratory equipment is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant in Rio de Janeiro (Ramos). Biovera is a company dedicated to developing natural and sustainable products, focusing on promoting health and well-being through innovative solutions. **Responsibilities:** Conduct sales of laboratory equipment. Provide proactive and reactive customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. Register and update customer information in the system based on provided leads. Prepare and send commercial proposals, monitor purchasing processes and projects. Conduct price and supply condition negotiations and finalize sales. Provide telephone support to identify customer needs, deliver technical and commercial clarifications, ensuring effective service aligned with company policies. Perform continuous follow-up until sale completion. Maintain commercial relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business. Track proposals via telephone, WhatsApp, and/or email while simultaneously updating the CRM system. Comply with company commercial, pricing, and credit policies. Safeguard company assets by identifying maintenance needs and requesting repairs when necessary. Support management by reporting problems and irregularities related to the scope of work. Attend training sessions and meetings as scheduled by the company. Perform other related duties as directed by management. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Agent, or Sales Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
