Electronic circuit prototyping and soldering A technology solutions company serving the retail sector seeks an IT Support Analyst in Rio de Janeiro (Vila Isabel). **Responsibilities:** Assemble and configure interactive equipment by integrating hardware and software. Configure Windows and Linux environments, as well as basic computer network settings. Perform testing and error diagnostics on systems, APIs, and web services, delivering remote and on-site technical support. Support the development team with technical requests and project operations. Conduct electronic circuit prototyping and soldering, and assemble and maintain automation machines and panels. Organize and maintain the electronics laboratory in proper operational condition. Previous experience as a Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, or Systems Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
