Contribute to marketing activities and internal support The Administrative Intern is responsible for assisting with the company's administrative and operational routines, providing support to internal departments in tasks related to control, organization, and information recording, thereby contributing to process efficiency and professional development through hands-on experience in the administrative field. **HR:** Support new employee onboarding processes by receiving new hires, taking ID photos for badges, printing admission documents, collecting signatures, and registering biometric data in the electronic time clock; Print and collect signatures on benefit agreement forms and forward these documents—along with ID photos and admission documentation—to HR; Add or remove employees from the 99 Empresas app according to personnel changes; Provide routine HR support to employees, including benefit updates and inquiries regarding travel allowances and dental plans; Update the uniform inventory spreadsheet and assist with sorting and distributing uniforms. **Administrative:** Send various invoices to the administrative department; Support procurement quotations for services and products required by the unit; Prepare courier packages and organize documents for dispatch to headquarters. **Marketing:** Assist, as needed, in photographing events and employees; Update and maintain the unit’s information bulletin board. **Customer Service / Internal Support:** Assist in producing business cards for employees and requesting departments; Support reception and employee service tasks upon request.
