Support internal communication and recognition management An Internal Communication Intern (HR) supports the HR team in diverse activities. **What will I be doing?** As an Internal Communication Intern (HR), I will be able to: * Assist with ad-hoc event and party-related requests; * Assist with technology-related requests; * Support other departments as needed; * Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. **HR Support** Provide support for social media postings, updating internal communication channels (TVs, newsletters, WhatsApp, etc.), promoting efficient interdepartmental interaction aligned with brand identity. Manage the recognition program. Track requests and keep spreadsheets up to date with results from each phase. Organize ad-hoc events within the hotel, which fall under HR's responsibility. Ensure support for MEs (Employees), providing guidance on My HR and HR On-Duty services. Requirements: Currently pursuing Journalism/Communication/Media Studies or related fields.
