**The Seres Group, in partnership with a company in the plastics sector, is seeking a professional to work as an Electrical Maintenance Technician.**

**Responsibilities:**
The Industrial Instrumentation Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, inspection, and testing of measurement and control instruments used in industrial processes. This role ensures operational reliability of equipment, stability of production processes, and safety of industrial facilities, while complying with technical, quality, safety, and environmental standards. Additionally, the technician performs failure diagnostics, parameterization, and technical support during maintenance shutdowns and operational startups.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance:**
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial instruments and control systems.
* Diagnose failures in pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and automated systems.
* Replace, adjust, and repair field instruments and control devices.
* **Instrument Calibration and Testing:**
* Calibrate instruments for:
* Pressure
* Temperature
* Flow
* Level
* pH and conductivity
* Load cells
* Various analytical equipment
* Conduct functional tests and metrological verifications to ensure instrument accuracy and reliability.
* Issue calibration certificates and records according to internal procedures.
* **Installation and Commissioning:**
* Install, configure, parameterize, and test transmitters, sensors, positioners, and industrial controllers.
* Perform loop tests and commissioning of control loops.
* Support startup and operational startup activities for industrial equipment and systems.
* **Control and Automation Systems:**
* Work with supervisory systems, PLCs/CLPs, and industrial networks.
* Support diagnostics and interventions in automated systems and control interfaces.
* Adjust control valves and positioners to ensure operational process stability.
* **Technical Reading and Interpretation:**
* Interpret technical documents such as:
* P&ID diagrams
* Electrical diagrams
* Control loops
* Industrial technical drawings
* Follow technical specifications, operating procedures, and applicable standards.
* **Technical Documentation:**
* Prepare technical reports of performed activities.
* Record inspections, calibrations, maintenance tasks, and interventions performed on equipment.
* Maintain updated historical records of instruments and systems serviced.
* **Safety, Quality, and Environment:**
* Strictly comply with occupational safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE).
* Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with operational procedures and current regulations.
* **Operational Support and Continuous Improvement:**
* Support operations, maintenance, and engineering teams during interventions and scheduled shutdowns.
* Suggest improvements to processes, equipment, and instrumentation systems to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
* Participate in continuous improvement programs and initiatives aimed at reducing operational failures.
**Working Hours:**
* Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Shift Pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off
* Work Model: On-site
