




Description: Key Responsibilities * Supervise reference technologies for developing solutions that ensure competitive advantage through scouting activities, supplier benchmarking, and RFI/RFQ processes (requirement compilation and technical evaluation of responses); * Analyze client functional requirements, conduct feasibility analyses, and develop technical specifications based on those requirements; * Identify critical issues involved in infrastructure project implementation, including potential environmental impacts; * Supervise technical design standards and infrastructure installation/implementation in accordance with current environmental legislation; * Ensure architecture and platform sizing aligns with client functional requirements regarding service evolution and traffic growth; * Plan and monitor activity execution according to agreed timelines and requirements, while also managing the financial resources allocated to the project; * Guarantee infrastructure implementation in compliance with the Network Operational Plan; * Supervise and analyze reliability of electrical systems, including generators, UPS units, rectifiers, and electrical panels; * Monitor building infrastructure remote monitoring systems, analyze operational indicators, and propose improvements to reduce failures and operational costs; * Prospect, identify, and develop technological solutions and partnerships enabling expansion of industrial building and data center infrastructure. Knowledge, Experience, and Education * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of electrical systems (medium and low voltage), generators, UPS units, rectifiers, and HVAC systems for critical environments; * Experience managing infrastructure expansion and modernization projects for buildings and data centers, supplier oversight, preparation of technical reports, and adherence to regulatory standards; * Familiarity with ABNT, NBR, ANATEL, and other applicable regulations governing building and telecommunications infrastructure; * Familiarity with remote infrastructure monitoring tools, IoT for building automation, and energy efficiency solutions; * Ability to negotiate, manage, and oversee engineering service and implementation contracts with third-party companies; * Desirable cross-domain knowledge of mobile networks (Core/Transport/Access/NFVI); * Knowledge of network architecture, telecommunications systems, and network communication protocols; * Knowledge of equipment, platform, service, and telecom system engineering techniques and methodologies; * Knowledge of project management, application of agile methodologies, and AI.
