Job Summary: A professional responsible for budgetary monitoring, management, and accountability reporting of incentive-based projects, with a focus on fiscal incentive laws and document analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Project monitoring and supervision for incentive-based projects 2. Management and accountability reporting for cultural projects 3. Knowledge of Cultural Incentive Laws **️ Your typical day will include:** * Monitoring budget flows and disbursement tracking of incentive-funded resources; * Reviewing and organizing administrative documents, and updating project-related spreadsheets; * Supporting project execution and accountability reporting for incentive-based projects; * Assisting in responding to official inquiries (diligences) and monitoring approval/execution and accountability reporting phases; * Tracking the preparation of technical activity reports and physical-financial reports; * Verifying and managing contract descriptions, invoices, and documentation entered into each project’s monitoring systems (e.g., SALIC, ISS, ICMS); * Supporting project development under various fiscal incentive laws; * Conducting invoice analysis. **Requirements for this position:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production, Cultural Management, Museology, Arts, Administration, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Familiarity with the Federal Law for Cultural Incentives (Rouanet Law), the State Law for Cultural Incentives (ICMS RJ), and the Municipal Law for Cultural Incentives (ISS RJ); * Experience in developing, managing, and reporting accountability for cultural projects. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with spreadsheets, fiscal analysis, and budgetary control; * Knowledge of other incentive mechanisms, such as the R&D Law, Parliamentary Amendments, and the Fund for the Defense of Diffuse Rights, etc. * Experience as a cultural producer. **Our benefits:** **️ Meal Allowance and Food Allowance:** We provide the flexible **Ticket Flex** card, usable for both meal and food purposes at any establishment bearing the Ticket brand.
