The professional will be responsible for directing the architecture, governance, and evolution of the core system ecosystem (Solus, Tasy, and Salesforce). In addition to ensuring high availability and operational stability, the role carries the mission of leading the company’s digital transformation by designing an innovation roadmap leveraging advanced automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, and web development—focused on scaling operational efficiency and enhancing customer, patient, and partner experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Strategic Vision and System Architecture:** Lead the evolution of system architecture, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable integration among Solus, Tasy, and Salesforce platforms, as well as legacy systems and new developments. * **Governance and Portfolio Management:** Manage the IT project portfolio, aligning deliverables with the operator’s strategic objectives (OKRs). Ensure advanced use of Jira Software for large-scale agile management and Jira Service Management (JSM) for service governance (ITSM) and critical incident management. * **Leadership in Digital Transformation and Innovation:** Direct the company’s innovation roadmap. Lead the design and implementation of complex architectures for automation robots (RPA) and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to resolve operational bottlenecks and predict critical health and billing scenarios. * **Web Product Leadership:** Strategically guide development teams in building and modernizing portals (beneficiary, provider, broker), with focus on UX/UI, performance, and information security (LGPD). * **Team Development and Mentoring:** Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team (Tech Leads, Analysts, Developers), fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement. * **Strategic Vendor Management:** Negotiate contracts, manage project budgets, and conduct executive meetings with major technology partners (Philips/Tasy, Salesforce, software factories), ensuring SLA compliance, technical quality, and innovation. * **Data-Driven Management:** Define, monitor, and report KPIs on system availability, project delivery time (Lead Time/Cycle Time), and ROI of automation and AI initiatives to executive leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * **Proven Experience:** \* Robust experience (e.g., 8\+ years) in IT, with prior established leadership or coordination roles (e.g., 4\+ years). * In-depth experience in the **Supplementary Health sector (Health Plans)**, mastering complex workflows such as health interoperability, ANS regulations, TISS/TUSS standards, billing, and medical claims processing. * **Required Technical Proficiency:** * Advanced knowledge of architecture, integration, and configuration of **Solus** and **Tasy** systems. * Experience designing solutions and managing the **Salesforce** ecosystem (Sales, Service, or Health Cloud). * Proficiency in service and project management using the Atlassian suite (**Jira Software** and **Jira Service Management**). * **Innovation:** Demonstrated track record delivering complex RPA projects (at enterprise scale) and implementing AI/Machine Learning solutions applied to process efficiency. * **Architecture and Integrations:** Solid knowledge of software architecture, API/microservices-based integrations, and information security applied to the healthcare sector. **Differentiators (Preferred)** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s in IT Management, Software Engineering, or Business Management. * Advanced certifications in agile methodologies and governance (e.g., PMP, PMI\-ACP, SAFe, ITIL 4 Managing Professional). * Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Salesforce architecture certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
