Lead and guide technical teams Collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality technological solutions on time and aligned with client requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring product evolution, implementing best development practices, and driving continuous innovation in the software development process. Your work will be essential in enabling the team to perform tasks efficiently without compromising code quality and performance, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Requirements: * Technical experience: Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript (React, Node.js), C\#, frameworks, or other languages; * Software architecture knowledge: Desired or mandatory experience in system design, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and cloud development (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * Databases: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc...); * Agile methodologies: Solid experience with Scrum or Kanban, including familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar; * DevOps tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other test automation and deployment tools; * Code quality: Experience with Unit Testing and Automated Testing; * Leadership: Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams, ensuring delivery alignment with project objectives; * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients, and to clearly present technical solutions; * English: Fluent English proficiency required to read and understand technical documentation and communicate with international teams, as applicable; * Proactivity and continuous learning: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive innovation within the team; * Knowledge of Machine Learning is desirable.
