Learn more about PLC Advogados and **build your future with us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of an active civil litigation portfolio (credit recovery), with nationwide coverage; * Drafting of legal documents and opinions, deadline scheduling, system updates, and reporting; * Conducting meetings and hearings. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Skills:** Proficiency in the Windows operating system and core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PDF. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in Credit Recovery. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Service Partner **Compensation Package:** Fixed monthly draw, quarterly draw (based on performance and criteria of the variable remuneration program), payment of the current year's OAB annual fee (subject to program eligibility), and client acquisition bonus. **Office Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid model, subject to future adjustments based on office requirements.
