We are seeking an ESG Assistant, who will be responsible for supporting management routines, organization, monitoring, and reporting of the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators, working in coordination with internal departments and external partners. The role will support greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement, Sustainability Report preparation, and activities related to organizing, maintaining, and improving ESG processes, in compliance with internal guidelines and market best practices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support data collection, organization, consolidation, and validation of ESG data from Brasol’s internal departments; * Support the development and updating of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions inventory, following recognized methodologies (e.g., GHG Protocol); * Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of ESG indicators, ensuring consistency, traceability, and data quality; * Support the preparation of corporate reports, ESG questionnaires, and ESG reports for investors, customers, and other stakeholders; * Support tracking of deadlines, schedules, and requirements related to ESG and sustainability agendas; * Contribute to organizing and maintaining ESG databases, internal controls, and documentation; * Support audits, independent verifications, and socio-environmental compliance processes; * Interface and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align and integrate information; * Contribute to structuring, improving, and standardizing ESG processes, policies, and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (final year) in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of corporate sustainability, ESG, or related areas; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; * Analytical ability and attention to detail for data consolidation and analysis; * Ability to develop clear, objective, and well-organized reports and controls; * Strong communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills when engaging with diverse stakeholders; * Ability to work proactively, methodically, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines; * Prior experience supporting ESG data collection, organization, and consolidation; * Practical experience in the ESG field; * Prior experience interfacing with internal departments to gather information and track deadlines. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Previous experience with GHG inventories or ESG indicators; * Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and methodologies (e.g., C18); * Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI); * Courses or certifications in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional information** **What to expect from this experience?** * Competitive market-based compensation; * Flexible card for meal or food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Gympass and Totalpass; * Partnerships with SESI and SENAI; * Childcare allowance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development opportunities; * Pet-friendly office; * Relaxed work environment. **Join the Brasol team!** We grow together because we think and work toward shared success.
