Job Summary: An R&S professional responsible for the entire recruitment and selection cycle—from role profiling alignment to new hire onboarding—supporting technical departments and HR metrics. Focus on new hire onboarding and external relationship management **Job Description:** ---------------------- 1\. Execute the full R\&S workflow—from role profiling alignment to hiring. 2\. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and external partnerships. 3\. Conduct candidate screenings, individual interviews, and group dynamics sessions. 4\. Administer behavioral and situational assessments per Solar’s methodology. 5\. Refer approved candidates for medical exams and documentation processing. 6\. Actively participate in new hire onboarding. 7\. Support R\&S processes specific to technical areas (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Operations, etc.). 8\. Monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-hire, SLA, stage conversion rate, 90-day turnover). 9\. Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities on LinkedIn and other channels. 10\. Build relationships with universities, technical schools, and partner institutions. 11\. Utilize HR/IA systems for candidate tracking and reporting. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ 1\. Completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 2\. Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes. 3\. Familiarity with behavioral interviews and screening tools. 4\. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 5\. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. **Preferred Qualifications:** -------------------------- 1\. Experience in R\&S within healthcare, home care, or high-volume operational environments. 2\. Knowledge of People Analytics and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 3\. Experience recruiting nursing and other technical profiles. 4\.
