




Job Summary: The nursing professional will be responsible for home-based clinical incident response and monitoring, emergency service dispatches, and management of records and supplies. Requesting supplies and medications, adjusting medical prescriptions Job Responsibilities: * Conduct clinical incident response and monitoring, with physical presence at the patient's home whenever necessary; * Dispatch ambulance services for transport or Pre\-Hospital Care (PHC), based on clinical assessment; * Document incidents in the IW system and send notifications via e\-mail in cases of hospitalization or death; * Report any changes requiring medical team intervention to the medical team and record them in the IW system; * Submit requests for supplies and medications through the IW system, adjusting medical and nursing prescriptions as needed. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Active and valid COREN registration; * Prior experience in emergency/clinical care; * Preferred: Familiarity with IW system; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
