Experience in issuing and verifying tax invoices **Profile** The Tax Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's tax and accounting routines, contributing to process organization, fulfillment of tax obligations, and operational support to the team. **Responsibilities** Assist in preparing **trial balances and financial statements**; Verify withheld taxes and support tax verification; Contact clients to request and verify tax documents and information; Assist in monthly tax closings; Record receivables settlements in the system; Handle issuance and validation of tax invoices; Support routines related to **tax substitution** and manage and organize XML files; Record import transactions; Issue sales tax invoices; Prepare managerial reports to support the tax department; Assist in operational tasks such as document packaging and delivery when required. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed high school (technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting or related fields preferred); Intermediate knowledge of tax routines; Knowledge of issuing and verifying tax invoices; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher: BRL 27.50 per day Life Insurance Health and Dental Plans Profit Sharing (PLR) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
