Development of spreadsheets to support buyers' decision-making An electronics and home appliance retailer seeks a Commercial Assistant in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Issue purchase orders in the ERP system, performing data entry and submission as required. Monitor delivery deadlines with suppliers to prevent stockouts in stores. Register and update products, suppliers, and pricing tables in the system. Provide administrative support to resolve inconsistencies in invoices. Assist in resolving logistical issues, including returns and damages. Develop control spreadsheets and simple sales and inventory reports to support buyers' decision-making. Previous experience as a Commercial Assistant, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Marketing Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma required.
