**Job Description** Key challenges and responsibilities of the role: Manage the store team; Monitor sales activities; Maintain store standards to deliver the best customer experience; Propose strategies to achieve results and goals; Ensure execution of operational standards; Oversee medication dispensing, as well as verification, storage, and organization; Prescription registration (Ordinance 344/98\); Handle cash closing; Support in organizing and pricing promotional displays; Engage in active selling within the pharmacy (approaching customers in the sales floor and understanding their needs); Perform all other duties relevant to the Pharmaceutical Assistant Manager position.
