This professional will be responsible for coordinating logistics department activities, focusing on team management, transportation process optimization, and ensuring delivery efficiency, while complying with regulations, internal procedures, and the company’s quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics department activities, ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures. * Manage the logistics team (drivers, assistants, and/or operational staff), ensuring performance, productivity, and engagement. * Plan, monitor, and optimize transportation, collection, and distribution processes. * Control logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. * Ensure adherence to delivery and collection deadlines, maintaining the agreed service level with customers. * Monitor and analyze area performance indicators (KPIs). * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support operations and implementation of new clients. * Monitor fleet condition and availability, tracking preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare managerial reports and present area results. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in coordinating or supervising logistics operations. * Experience managing operational teams and controlling costs. * Knowledge of transportation, distribution, and logistics process optimization.
