Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately. Receive clients and visitors. Provide basic information to clients and refer them to the responsible departments. Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Support scheduling and calendar management. Monitor deadlines and assist with payment tracking. Enter data into systems and spreadsheets.
